What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to information you share through ericenergysavior.com, run by Eric Layden (Eric Energy Savior), based in Poughkeepsie, NY.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email, town or ZIP code, what you are interested in, your approximate electric bill and any message. We also record which page you sent it from and the date and time.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your project, prepare your consultation and estimate, and follow up on work you request. If you go ahead with a project, the details needed for design, permits, financing and installation are shared with PlugPV, the company that installs the systems.

We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Calls, texts and email

By sending the form, you agree that Eric may contact you by phone, text or email about your project. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, replying to an email, or calling (845) 554-6159.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of work with customers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email eric.plugpv@gmail.com or call (845) 554-6159.

Install map

The install map shows how many installs happened in each town. It contains no customer names or addresses, and dots are placed around each town's center rather than at real homes.
